There is what is referred to as the swarming of the bees,something every beekeeper will do all that is professionallypossible to avoid. What you are expected to do so as to avoid it isto split the bee colony.Apart from preventing swarming, anotherbenefit of splitting is the making of a new hive for a beginner tostart his/her own apiary.
