Precautions for beekeeping in summer
The hottest summer season in the northern hemisphere is about to enter, and today I will share with you the measures that beekeepers need to pay attention to when managing bee colonies in the summer.

1. The shading, ventilation, and water supply beehives should be placed in shaded areas and with water sources, or placed under a pergola to shade, and a drinking fountain should be placed near the nest door. At hot noon, pay attention to spray appropriate amount of water on the beehive and the venue to increase the humidity and reduce the nest temperature. Enlarge Bee Road and Nest Door to enhance ventilation and heat dissipation. At the same time, we must also do a good job of rain prevention.

2. Do a good job in the management of the honey gathering group. The strong group management in the main honey gathering period is very important. In order to encourage bees to collect honey during this period, the hive must continue to expand, and do not restrict the queen bee to lay eggs. Increase the relay box and empty spleen in time, so that the bee colony has a larger space for development, there is enough honey, egg laying spleen position, so that it can not only collect a large amount of honey, produce bee milk, but also develop a certain group potential.
