When opening the box for inspection, first check whether there is a queen bee in the colony. The second is to see whether the nectar feed is sufficient. Only if each spleen in the bee colony is covered with honey, and there are many pollen chambers on the spleen of the nest, can it be considered that the source of honey is sufficient. The third is to see whether the bee colony is healthy, whether it is suffering from American larval rot disease and parasitic wasp mites. Finally, it depends on the number of bee spleens.
If there are more spleens, empty spleens should be taken out, and if there are fewer spleens, the spleen should be added to expand the nest.
