What should be paid attention to in the honey production process?
1. To produce high-quality single nectar, the following aspects must be done well:
①Cultivate and organize strong group honey collection;
② Delay the interval between taking honey and improve the nutritional value of honey;
③ Spleen cleaning should be carried out before collecting honey in each flowering period. The honey taken for the first time may not be pure and should be kept separately. The honey taken from the second time to the end of the flowering period is purer;
④ Strict honey extraction procedures to ensure honey hygiene;
⑤ Do not feed sugar during the honey collection period, and do not add sugar to the honey;
⑥ Distinguish the honey species and store them separately to avoid mixing.

2. Harvesting a single honey
The production of honey should pay attention to the purity of the product, harvesting a single honey, preferably not mixed.
Honey collection is unitary, so when there are multiple nectar sources blooming and producing honey at the same time, in order to obtain pure single honey, methods of inducing bee collection (such as soaking petals and feeding bees, etc.) can be used to inspire bees. The role of positivity can also effectively prompt bees to collect a single honey.

3. Differences in the quality and properties of single-floral honey and mixed-floral honey
Due to different varieties, the quality and traits of a single nectar are particularly significant, such as the color, aroma, and taste of Robinia locust honey, and it is not easy to crystallize. Therefore, it is classified as first-class honey;
Cotton honey is light in color, light in flower fragrance, easy to crystallize, and belongs to second-class honey;
Sapum honey is amber in color, sweet and sour, easy to crystallize, and belongs to the third-class honey;
Buckwheat honey is darker in color and has a special smell. The taste is not good when eaten, and it is classified as extra-grade honey. From the perspective of nutritional value, mixed honey is better than single nectar, but its sales are not smooth and the price is low.
Therefore, artificial mixing should be avoided as much as possible.
