1. Formalin

One part of formalin, adding 9 parts of water to make a 4% aqueous solution, immerse the empty spleen and small bee tools in it for 24 hours, shake off the liquid, rinse with water and dry. Put the nest spleen into the box, 8 spleens per box. Take out the iron sand from the empty spleen box with the screen window, add 5 sub-box nest-like spleen on it, cover the wooden auxiliary box, paste and cut the gap. Add 2 parts of potassium permanganate to the carbonaceous or chemical liquid, quickly close the window, and fumigate with the generated formalin steam for 24 hours.

2. Sulfur dioxide

Use 3 to 5 grams of sulfur per box of nest spleen to ignite and fumigate the nest spleen.

3. 10%~20% lime water

5-10 kg of quicklime, add 50 liters of water, spray the ground and walls to disinfect the winter room and apiary.
