The Promotion Department Organizes A Team Building Trip

On June 1, 2024, Multi-Sweet Company's promotion department organized an unforgettable team building trip.

The location of the team building tour is a large indoor and outdoor recreation center located in the countryside. The center is built on a vast plot of land and has several outdoor facilities, including an archery range, go-kart track, ice rink, and curling rink. The center's indoor facilities include a bowling alley, video game arcade, table tennis area, and swimming pool

The trip began with a welcome breakfast attended by all participants. The breakfast was full of fresh fruits, baked goods, hot beverages, and fruit juices. After breakfast, the team was divided into smaller groups, and then a warm-up activity was held.

The warm-up activity involved a series of team-building exercises designed to create a sense of team spirit and boost camaraderie. The exercises were fun and engaging and helped participants loosen up and get to know one another.

After the warm-up exercises, the group was divided into smaller groups based on their preferences. Some wenrt to the archery range to try their hand at shooting a bow and arrow. Others went to the go-kart track to compete in adrenaline-filled races.

The curling rink is a popular spot for many participants. Curling is a winter sport that involves sliding stones on the ice towards a target area. Participants had a lot of fun learning the game. They also have some skills and strategies needed to excel in the competition.

After a morning of fun outdoor activities, the group regrouped for lunch. Lunch is a lot of Chinese classics. There are also plenty of drinks, including beer and orange juice.

In the afternoon, participants can choose from indoor activities. Some participants choose to relax and rest, while others choose to participate in some games that focus more on action. For those looking for mental stimulation, the company organizes a number of board games, including Chess, Risk, Carcassonne, and Monopoly.

Towards the end of the afternoon, participants wrapped up their games and regrouped for a final team-building activity. The last activity is the infamous game of werewolves. The theme of the game is set to promote team building and collaboration.

Werewolf is a role-playing game in which the player imagines himself as a villager in a small town. One or more players are secretly chosen as werewolves and attempt to "kill" villagers without being detected. The game is designed to test participants' communication skills, creativity, problem-solving skills, and teamwork skills.
