How long can a lured bee take honey?
A question that many beekeepers like to ask is: How long can the bees I catch get honey? How long can honey be collected?
First of all, let’s take a look at an example of my own beekeeping, that is, I have raised bees for about 10 days. We have put almost three nest foundations in the beehive, and then we can harvest about six or seven catties of honey. So why can I get so much honey in just tens of days?
The first is to make reasonable use of some of the specialties of bees, especially the bees trapped by the escape, especially the bees encountered by the escape. Some time ago, they will have a period of high enthusiasm for attendance and strong explosiveness. If we make good use of it During this time, you will get more honey;
The second is the rational use of the old nest, which is the key to fetch more honey. At the beginning, when the bees come, we use the old nest foundation. After the bees come, we are giving him a new nest foundation, and then according to the amount of bees, Give him an old beehive when the bees come, so that the bees don’t have to build more spleens and devote all their energy to collecting honey. Then the honey bees will collect several times that of other colonies.
The last thing I want to share with you is that in the process of beekeeping, don't stick to the rules all the time. When you are greedy, you should be greedy. When you need to use some of the characteristics of bees, you should also learn to use them reasonably.
