Dimensions of lattice beekeeping
1. The thickness of the square lattice box is about 2 cm, the center distance of the spleen is about 3.4 cm, and the inner space is 20.5 cm × 20.5 cm, 24 cm × 24 cm, or 27.5 cm × 27.5 cm. The height of each layer is 8-12 cm, about 5-6 layers is better.
2. Don't blindly put two queen bees in a beehive. This process requires years of breeding experience to complete. For example, how to place the two queen bees, how to get along with the two colonies in harmony, and how to set up the beehive, etc., all need to be slow in the later stage. Gain experience.
3. Be careful not to blindly expand the bee colony, as this will cause the bee colony to lack nectar sources, steal honey or even the bee colony fights, resulting in unnecessary losses. Honey production is limited by nectar sources, not by the bee colony. You can choose to expand appropriately when there are more nectar sources.
4. The bee spleen should be reasonable. A blind increase will cause the temperature of the beehive to be unbalanced. It cannot be kept warm in winter and cannot be cooled in summer. When the bee spleen is too much, it is easier to cause broodworms, and in severe cases, it will Destroyed the entire bee colony.
