1. Conditions for making spleen

(2) There must be a good source of nectar powder and climatic conditions. When the temperature is 18-25℃, bees can collect pollen and nectar in large quantities from the wild. White wax scales appear in the box. This is a good time to build the spleen.

(3) There must be high-quality nest foundation, pure wax quality, clear pores, and the nest spleen of the created nest foundation.

2. The method of installing the nest foundation

To install the nest foundation, put three iron wires on the nest frame, then put the nest foundation on the embedding board and use the embedding device to bury the iron wires into the nest foundation, and then put it into the beehive for the bees to build.

3. The method of adding nest foundation

To choose a bee colony with multiple seed spleens or bee spleens, the nest foundation should be added between the larval spleen and the honey spleen, because the wax-secreting bees are mainly concentrated on the larval spleen. Sometimes it is added between the honey spleen and the sealed spleen. After the semi-finished product is made, it is replaced in the middle of the larval spleen. The queen bee lays eggs while the worker bees repair the spleen.

4. Preservation of the spleen

It is more difficult to store the brood spleen in a flat box, and it can be carried out by adding two shallow boxes to a standard box of Chinese bees. The specific method is to take out the empty spleen, put it in a shallow box, use paper to paste around the box, and then fumigate it with sulfur 1-3 times, and then seal it for storage. Add it to the group during the large flow of honey to capture high yields of honey.
