Beehive operation steps

Step1

below are istructions to assemble one langstroth box,including the parts and hardware needed

Note:

our hive bexes comp in 2 depths:

deep ang medlum

1.Long panels

2.Short panels

Operating Steps:

1.FIit the 4 side together to make a box be sure fit together tightil and the handles are on the upper outside of the box

2.cheak to make sure that the corners,are at 90 angles as you assemble each other

3.repeat steps 1-2 each hive box

Notice:

make sure all 4 handles are facing out ang towards the top.

please assemble the four-layer

beehive according to the above steps

Step2

1.put together 4 piece of each frame ,and prepare glue,hammer and 25mm nails*6

2.put some glue on the inner notch of the side bar,connect it together with top bar

hold the 2 piece together for a while to allow the glue to adhere

3.connect the oppasite side bar to the partially built frame

4.insert the plastic foundation into the grove of the top bar

5.place the bottom bar into the final notchers ,make the foundation stay in the grove,and push down until the fit is snug

6.place a nail into the top bar of the frame bar on one side and hammer it in place .then add a second nail next it,spacing evenly,to finish securing the corner as illustrated .hammer another 2 nails on the opposite of the top frame bar

7.hammer 1 nails on each corner of the bottom frame bar

8.repeat steps for the rest frames

Steps3

assembles by us:

1.bottom board

2.inner cover

3.outer cover(with thick sheet metal on top for added protection and durability )

4.hive boxes

5.frames with foundation

1.now that have assembled the boxes and frames with foundation ,place the frames in the boxes.push the frames together in the middle

2.now stack the hive parts in this order.bottom board deep box with frames inside. medium box with the frames inside. inner cover. outer cover with metal sheet.
