Product Description:

The manual extractors can hold 4 full depth frames or 8 super frames.

The barrel and basket are all make of SS. The barrel is seamless. It won’t leak.The inner basket is suitable for langstroth frames. If you need to work with Dadant frames, we can customize for you. 

The material of lid is acrylic. When you use the honey extractor, you can close the lid. You can see what is happen inside the extractor.

For a manual extractors, gear is very important. We use assembled gear to make sure the high quality. 

We use butterfly nuts on the support bar. So, you can disassemble the honey extractor and take the basket out of barrel to clean the extractor.

Honey gate can be plastic and SS. If you don’t have special requirements, we will send you plastic honey gate. In order to flow out the last drop of honey, we fix the honey gate as low as possible.

The legs can be SS and powder coated metal. There are holes at the end of legs. If you like, you can use screws to fix the extractors on the ground. It will make the extractor more stable.

1.Before you use, you need to use cool water to clean it. There is a small ball bearing at the bottom of the shaft. When you clean the basket, please don’t lose it.

2.We put uncapped frames in the extractor. Please make sure the basket is balanced. 

3.Make sure the honey gate is closed.

4.Rotate the crank of the honey extractor. The handle can be rotated on both directions to make sure you get more honey from the frames.
