10 Frame Inner Cover is designed for Langstroth hives, it integrates 4 galvanized metal bee escapes with 30mm one-way corner vents - clearing supers of bees in 24-48 hours without shaking or repeated opening, while boosting year-round ventilation. Summer heat and moisture escape faster, winter condensation is reduced, and it doubles as a standard inner cover. Available in 8-frame and 10-frame sizes.
Product features
1) Performance: Placed between the super and brood chamber, the four one-way escapes let bees climb DOWN into the brood box but not back up. Within 24-48 hours the super is cleared of bees - no shaking, no extra tools, no repeated opening that disturbs the colony. Faster, calmer honey harvests, every time.
2) Design: The four corner multi-hole vents act as distributed ventilation points: heat and humidity escape quickly in summer, cutting the risk of moldy comb; in winter, excess moisture from colony respiration is drawn out, reducing chilling and disease pressure. Noticeably better airflow than a solid standard inner cover.
3) Material: The bee escapes are galvanized metal, pre-fixed into the inner cover - they resist wear and rust far better than plastic or simple clip-on escapes, and being fixed means no repeated mounting/dismounting that wears out hive woodwork. Built for many seasons of harvests.
4) Application: Doubles as a daily inner cover with better-than-standard ventilation - no need to store a separate escape device until harvest season. Two sizes cover mainstream Langstroth boxes: 8-frame (50.5×35.5cm) and 10-frame (50.5×41.3cm).
